Too many software projects are sold as transformation and delivered as a pile of tickets. We formed Shayopra to do the less theatrical version: understand the workflow, design the smallest honest product, and ship it with the documentation and infrastructure a real company needs.
We are remote-first, based in India, and work with founders and operators worldwide. Engagements stay small on purpose. You will know who is designing, who is building, and what is happening this week. A lot of that work now includes WhatsApp: official Business API automation sitting next to the web product, not a side chatbot on a personal phone. The appointment desk, AI image and video platform, wellness and Screen Time apps, UniTicks, and the other iOS products on the projects page are the work, not a mood board.
We are not a body shop and we are not a strategy consultancy that never ships. If the honest recommendation is to configure an existing tool instead of writing software, we will say so.
