Process

A delivery rhythm you can explain to your board.

No mystery methodology. We make the work visible every week, keep the repository in your name, and treat launch as an operations problem as much as an engineering one.

01. Fit check

You send a brief. We reply with whether we can help, what we would need to learn, and whether a paid discovery or a first milestone is the right shape.

02. Discover

Workshops, artifact review, and a written picture of users, data, integrations, and risks. The output is a plan you could take to another team if you had to.

03. Design the risk

We prototype the flows that can sink the project: onboarding, permissions, the money path, the empty states. Visual polish follows structure.

04. Build in slices

Milestones you can click. Each slice is demoed, tested, and deployable. Scope changes are explicit. They replace work, they do not silently pile on.

05. Launch and handover

Production environments, monitoring, runbooks, and credentials in your accounts. Launch is a date on a calendar, not a hope.

06. Iterate

Optional retainer or milestone follow-ons once real users have opinions. The point of shipping is to learn, then change the product on purpose.

Share the product, the constraint, and the timeline. We will come back with a clear next step, usually a scoped conversation, not a generic pitch deck.
