What we collect

If you send a project brief, we collect the name, email, company, budget range, and message you submit. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and the pages requested, used to keep the site available and secure.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising pixels on this site by default.

How we use it

Inquiry data is used to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. Logs are used for security and debugging. We retain inquiry emails for as long as needed to manage the relationship, then delete or archive them according to ordinary business practice.

Processors

Hosting, DNS, and email providers may process data to deliver this site and our replies. They act on our instructions. If you later sign a services agreement, that contract governs project data.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of inquiry data we hold about you by emailing hello@shayopra.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights, we will honor valid requests.
