Users wanted accurate rep counting and social motivation without a watch or a gym stack.
The camera feed is processed on-device with Vision and Core ML. Counts and challenge state sync through Firestore with optimistic updates. SwiftUI draws the live preview and overlays. Firebase Auth holds the roster.
Accuracy across lighting and angles, and battery use while the camera is open, are the constraints. The product is automated tracking plus a room people will actually re-enter.
